The unit was clean and comfortable. The building had hot water issues twice, which were attended to quickly, but we had events to go to and had to attend without showers. That's why I gave it just 4 stars. Communication with our property manager was excellent. This building is in a great location for restaurants and beach--parked our vehicle and didn't have to use it until we left!

Gulf Shores 2025 Vacation

We have stayed here 3 times prior and always enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Hangout and Mikee's Seafood. This year we were disappointed with broken elevator. Room had some issues like broken broom, shower floor missing stones, and trash under the bed.

Do not park a truck under building

The place was nice. It doesn’t have a dishwasher, stove or oven which didn’t bother us too much but if you’re wanting to cook I’d look elsewhere. The sign on the building was overlooked and my husband parked under the building

Close to beach

The unit itself was good - bed rolls alot so we put carpet sliders we found on 2 bed wheels which helped alot. Good shower, comfy bed. A/c unit wasn't able to keep the humidity down. Convenient to beach and The Hangout, which is a hoot. Gulf Shores State Park has a great boardwalk.

Great Location!

Our yearly visit to Shrimp Fest. Could not have a better location...right across the street. Never had to get back in our vehicle. All restaurants right there. The room was very clean and up to date on everything. We'll be back next year!!

Good value if you want to be in the middle of the action!

The room itself was cozy and comfy. It was right across the street from the public beach access, which is what I wanted. Plenty of good restaurants around within walking distance! Great stay!

Short stay

We came down for the Mardi Gras parade and stayed a few days. Room was well decorated and clean. It is a small space, but works well for one or two people. They did add a wardrobe rack in place of the shelf, which was a great addition for clothes, bags, and shoes. The location is perfect to walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach!

Never never again

I arrived on Thursday evening, didn’t have a microwave until Sunday night, so had to eat out. Monday went to take shower and no water all day until 7pm. So didn’t go out at all due to my bed head hair. Tuesday ok, Wednesday get up to take shower in prep to leave and no hot water. Only answers were Sorry, we aren’t responsible for the building only the unit. Definitely not a condo!
