Footprints in the Sand is a Gulf Front/ full Gulf view condo. In Gulf Shores, Alabama

This is a wonderful condo featuring 2 Master Bedrooms with full bathrooms that has been recently renovated. This is a beach front/Gulf view condo with a full balcony overlooking the water. The living room and master bedroom both look out over the Gulf also. Islands Winds East is located right next to The Hangout and is the largest model of 2 bedrooms in this complex. It is in a prime location, in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and activities, not to mention being directly on the beach/Gulf Front. Not only do you have a view, but you have an extra long balcony where you can sit, relax, eat, enjoy the sunset, read, spend time drinking wine with your love or hanging out with your kids. If your children are old enough to go to the beach or pool by themselves, you can view them directly from your balcony. Beautiful Gulf Front view from the master bedroom as well. This condo features 2 full size bathrooms, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with seating for 4-6 and much more. Linens and towels are supplied for you, you need only bring your swimsuit, POOL/BEACH TOWELS, and your food. This 'Your Home Away From Home' condo is just that, a place where you can come and not need a 'vacation after the vacation' because you will be relaxed after spending your time here. We have 6 cabins and 3 units within a large cabin in Pigeon Forge that are all for rent as well. VRBO# 2609521 The Vieux & #7565732 The Duck & Turtle Pond. The others are rented out on our own website. Contact me for information about them. Most of the reviews that you see here are from our cabin called Bear Necessities that we just sold (exchanging that Vrbo # for this condo).

There is a $50 parking fee that guests will need to purchase upon arrival for their vehicle. This is purchased at the Office and is a fee that almost every condo in Gulf Shores charges. We do not get this money, the HOA does.

We have 9 properties all together listed on VRBO. The others are ALL on the same 12 acres in Pigeon Forge like Kissing the Clouds. We have a Destination Wedding Venue as well. When you rent The Vieux #2609521 for at least 2 nights, you can use the Wedding Venue for free and have the reception at The Vieux. Here are out other properties in Pigeon Forge.

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location can’t be beat! It’s on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, comfortable beds, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The host/owner was super responsive before and during our stay.

Perfect location. Perfect space. Ideal host. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for same time next year. Kathryn was great helping us check-in, communicating while we were there and even checking on how our DD's volleyball went. Fantastic View!

We loved this place! The drive up and down the mountain is a bit scary, but it's worth the drive when you take in the fantastic views! Be sure to go during a time when the roads aren't frozen, though. Nothing beats sitting in the hot tub, staring at the mountains all day. The couches and fireplace add a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place, if they keep the price reasonable.

Great cabin with a Stunning View!

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-November. The cabin was exactly as stated. Clean, cozy, very well maintained, with all the needed amenities. The view was really stunning, both day and night. The hot tub was well maintained, and great for viewing the lights of Pigeon Forge in the evening. Coordination for arrival and departure worked great. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Views, Amazing Location

Everything about this cabin was better than expected. Having stayed in numerous cabins in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville/Townsend area, this one is BY FAR the best. Everything from the cabin's architecture to the newly renovated amenities were perfect and to be honest, the pictures of the views from the deck don't do it justice. Waking up in the loft from the sun shining through the huge, beautiful windows was a great way to start each day.

A sunrise lovers dream!!!!

We were celebrating our anniversary and like to rent cabins with great views and secluded...., The Vieux was perfect. Great views and quiet. The cabin was very clean and decorated perfectly. The Tanner's are great owners and easy to work with. We stay in the mountains anywhere from 2-6 times a year, with very few times wanting to stay in a cabin again. The VIEUX is one that we will come back to.

Great location. Cabin was clean and cute. Owner was easy to get in touch with. However the water had a very strong sulfur smell. We cut our trip short because of it. I would not stay here again.

Unbelievably beautiful

Even though we arrived after dark we didn’t get to see the beautiful mountains that were were all around. The next day we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. We were in awe about the view we had from our deck and porch. We had 2 wonderful nights and 3 days to take in all the beauty of this cabin. Owners are very easy to work with and I want to give them a shout out and say Thank You for your hospitality.
