Welcome to Island Royale 603 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 6th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Best we've stayed at in a long time.

We loved the distance to the beach from our room. We like the smaller condo complexes. Easy walk across the street to a cool general store which sells nice frozen adult beverages all day.. Always cool when you go to get your wife a yogurt and comeback with a strawberry daiquiri. We're already planning / saving up to stay here again! Great communication with owner also.

Great location! Right on the beach. Pool was great also! Keyless entry makes it nice when there are several people all doing different things. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was amazing! Views are superb! Great place to rent! Good communication with owners. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay at this property was fabulous. It had perfect beach access, beds were comfortable, and there were beach chairs in the unit to use. Jason, the host, was very responsive and answered all of our questions! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo with everything needed for a week at the beach. Good location with excellent ocean/beach views and the larger than usual balcony was a major plus. Owner very responsive and proactive. Would definitely consider staying here again if we ever return to Gulf Shores.

Slice of perfection

This property is exactly as you see in the pictures. The HUGE balcony (off of the primary bedroom & living room) opens right up to the ocean view. Covered, gated parking was great. The mattresses were Tempur-pedic like. It’s not my preference, but my husband and daughter LOVED them. We did have one issue with the internet. The property manager was very quick to respond and resolved the issue so quickly! They even provide some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) I would absolutely stay here again.

Balcony made for a perfect trip!

We were looking for a place to enjoy with our friends from another state and mid-October was when we were all available. We wanted a place with enough sitting space for all 4 of us in the living room and a great balcony view in case it was too cold to spend time at the beach. This unit really fits the bill! We enjoyed movies at night after cocktails on the balcony. The beach was great and we spent time on the balcony when not on the beach. I highly recommend it.

Endless views

Stayed here in April 2023. What a great Location! Who could ask for more....Walk right out to the huge white sand beach! Accommodations were very comfortable and easily could accommodate a second couple. Kitchen set up was great and there was a little convenient store with groceries and liquor, across the busy street and west about a block. They also have a coffee shop on the upper level but isn't always open so check for hours. VERY short drive to the main avenue with tons of Restaurants and souvenir shops and a Walmart for a bigger grocery shop. We walked the beach every day (about a mile to the big pier). A little further to the public beach. If you walk across the boardwalk at the public beach you can rent bikes/ e-bike. The trail system is great. Very flat and a lot on boardwalk bridges. Nice area! Best seafood (although Fried) DOC's (toward Orange beach). Best Key lime pie LULU's (fun area to explore). The beach always has vendors that have chairs/umbrellas to rent. But the condo had 2 chairs and a umbrella that we were able to use. We enjoyed the relaxing time we had. The only negative comment is the entry system key code. We found it difficult the first few times but eventually got it. But this has to do with the building not the owner. The owner also messaged us once we were in and settled to make sure all was good. Quick stop over

This condo was the perfect break on our family's cross country journey. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was amazing being only steps from the beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Couldn't ask for more!
