Our cozy beach style eighth floor unit is newly updated and features plank tile flooring, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed, spacious closet with mirrored doors, and 43” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 50” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, a Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This unique design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

Complex amenities include free WiFi, some covered parking, gift shop, spacious pool (seasonally heated), and a huge sun deck with lounge chairs and tables. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores for fall break. The location was perfect. I spent morning, noon and nights on the balcony. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

First impressions were very good. Overall clean with the exception of the produce drawers in the fridge( old vegetable remnants). The two main problems were the tub that drained very slowly so that half way through a shower you were standing in 4 inches of soapy water. The second problem, for us at least, was the bedroom mattress was very bad, ended up buying an air mattress and sleeping in the living room.

The condo was in a great location close to everything. It was clean and comfortable. Carts are provided to roll all your luggage and personnel belongings. The host was always available if you have any questions. Our favorite restaurants are The Catch had the best shrimp and grits.The Hangout had a delicious Po Boy with snapper. Lulu's had grrat food too. Zeke's restaurants is more upscale and delicious as well. Go to dolphincruises.com for the best Dolphin Cruise in the area. They use 2 boats together to creat a huge wake behind that the dolphins love. You can rent ebikes and ride through Golf Shores State Park. Its a blast and a must do. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the balcony. Thanks to Howard for all his help making everything so smooth.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here the week of 4th of July and couldn’t be happier with the condo. The king size bed was comfortable with quality bedding (and extra pillows) and the bedroom offered a good size closet with hangers and a large dresser. The washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus as well. The kitchen was well stocked for anything you may need if you decide to cook which we didn’t do much because there are so many good restaurants nearby (several are very walkable). The balcony was very nice to sit and watch the waves in the morning with a nice patio set and some adirondack chairs. The balcony overlooks the pool which was a decent size with a lot of chairs, it often wasn’t crowded which was appreciated when the beach got busy! There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach that are set up daily by an attendant, we opted to pay for the week so we didn’t have to haul anything to the beach other than ourselves and a beach bag! Sea and Suds is literally steps away for a quick bite ate lunch or a drink. We had a quick question for the host and he was so responsive if we needed anything. It was a wonderful week and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely no issues. Beautiful ocean view. Room was spotless. Great communication with the owner. After driving 11 hours we go to gulf shores earlier than anticipated Howard allowed us to check in early. We would 100% stay here again. 10/10 recommend.
