Very disappointed

We paid a lot of money for 5 days. We were very disappointed with what we received. While the location on the beach was great. The unit itself definitely needs a lot of work. Several electrical outlets didnt work. We had to put toaster in floor. Very little basic amentities in the condo. One roll of toilet paper for 5 days. We had to go purchase more. Huge gap in door so you heard everything going on outside.

Great stay

The property was as advertised. Perfect location for us and quiet. No craziness or loud neighbors made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Walked right onto the beach. Parking was never an issue and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Easy check in and check out.

Not so great and fob did NOT open the pool gate

First upon arrival, the door is a pain to open and the knob doesn’t turn which made me think I couldn’t get in. You have to turn the key and use the key to turn the knob and push. Then the curtain rob was hanging off the wall, no big deal but I didn’t want to be charged for that. I had to connect the bedroom tv, I had to fix a dishwasher and to top it off, our fobs to the pool did not work at all and no one could help us with that. So the entire stay we had to get someone to open the gate, which it’s not like they can see you from the pool area because you’re coming from the parking deck that’s dark and at the top of stairs. So you have to yell or walk around to the grill area so they can see you. Such a hassle with bags and three small children.

Nice but needs a little TLC

It was nice however the living room curtain rod was falling of the wall, couldn't close the drapes. Bathrom towel rack fell off the wall. Full length mirror behind the door was inconvient. Keys to the pool didnt work. I think the description stated beach towels and a beach blanket was available. There was not. Felt the language in the agreement was harsh. Stated if something was dropped off the balcony, even accidentally that we could be removed.

Week at Gilf Shores

Great rental, clean and good location. Enjoyed time on balcony, reading relaxing and even saw a dolphin. The furniture on balcony is very nice as is the sliding glass door. Loved walking the beach and on rainy days went to Mall in Foley and National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. Also rented bikes and rode 14 miles through Gulf State Park. Appreciated good WiFi and many tv channels.

Fantastic Time

We enjoyed our time at this property. We went from Spring break. The weather was nice. My only complaint was the check-in process. The direction on the email told me to go to the property instead of going to the office first to get the key. Other then that everything was great. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Loved!!!!

This place was so cute. The 5 of us were comfortable. The view of the beach is amazing and the convenience of having the beach RIGHT THERE is perfect! I would say - the dishwasher needs to be secured and the pillows on the bed weren’t the best for us, I’d just bring my own next time but I would love to stay again! Wish there was a grill available but we loved it. Had a great quick family getaway

Was very enjoyable. We really liked the condo. Perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Only struggle we had was not enough parking for those that reserved condos because of multiple vehicles for one condo. Other than parking across the street at times the closeness of the beach was great and right near many restaurants.

Absolutely flawless!!

Our vacation in Gulf Shores was amazing, thanks to the staff at Brett Robinson! The condo was exactly as it was listed...cute, beachy, clean, well furnished kitchen. It was everything we wanted it to be. We will definitely be back and will definitely be checking the listings with Brett Robinson! Super nice staff and very responsive to all of our inquiries before we got there.

The condo was nice but very small and for $1200.00 you dont get much. I dont like having to stop somewhere else to pick up and drop off keys.

Second Chances!

This property was filthy when we arrived and I had two days taken out of my stay to clean! Good news is they gave me a refund for two days and reimbursed my cleaning fee! The property is very cute and has no issues as long as they actually clean the condo! I asked them thru Brett/ Robinson to please contact owners being a VRBO owner myself but they would not do it! I think they were fair in how they handled it but the expense of my time wasn’t able to be reimbursed! I hope this review will give owners the ability to hire a better cleaning crew! I think they went above and beyond after the issue was addressed! I thought it was a great location and a really nice high rise with only 5 stories! That was a huge plus! I would stay here again, as long as they clean it properly! Don’t leave chairs outside front door all night because ours were stolen from the front door! The security all night in parking lot was great to have though! I would give this place a second chance!
