If you're in search of a relaxing beachfront getaway, this penthouse condominium is the perfect choice. Located right on the beach, it offers spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets from an expansive balcony. You won't find a more beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun. Situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, it's within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive from attractions like water parks, the zoo, golf courses, and an outlet mall.

Island Royale, the complex where the condo is located, offers a range of amenities including covered assigned parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a new kiddie pool with a mushroom feature, spa, sauna, steam room, two hot tubs, a BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, and a workout area on the 3rd floor.

Inside the condo, you have 1100 sq. ft. of space to enjoy. It features 9' foot ceilings, a full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops, tile flooring, and carpet in the bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed and a full bath with balcony access. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there's room for two more guests on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV, as does the living area. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there's a separate dining area for your convenience.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. You are allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, with a limit of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.

The balcony was very large and enjoyed sitting out there. We didn’t use the pool. The king size bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was nice. Enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

This property was right on the ocean with beautiful views. Definitely a place we would stay again. In a great location to everything you need or want. If i had to say anything a blow dryer would been nice. We flew in so I didn't pack one.

Wonderful beach trip

What a wonderful time at the beach for my teenage son, a friend of his and I. The condo was perfect and as described in the pictures. So convienant, pleasant experience, relaxing trip with out all of the hustle and bustle of all the large crowds, pool was perfect as well. Just can not see us staying anywhere else but here for the next time in Gulf Shores. Thank you so much for the much needed time away.

Beautiful condo in a great complex.

Love Island Royale and this condo was beautiful and well equipped. My only suggestion would be to have keyless entry to eliminate the need to go to an office to checkin and get a key and also to not have to deal with keys during the week that we stayed. But we would definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I recently stayed at Island Royale. It never disappoints me. The condo is just like it is advertised. There were 3 adults and 2 children ages 8 & 11. We all had plenty of space. It was a great get away.

Relaxing Place

This place was definitely relaxing. Everything was clean and as posted, even a few updates from the pictures. The check in process was a little much compared to other places before you went and I felt stressed that I missed something and they would take the place away. (Make sure you see the paperwork within 24 hours) Everyone was very nice in person. Definitely book directly through them and save a couple hundred bucks! Would stay again!

Under construction...

We were not told that the pools and hot tubs were all closed and that only one elevator was working. Construction was happening on the property which added challenges too. If we knew what was happening at the property. We could have adjusted expectations or changed reservations. The space is managed by Poole Vacation Rentals.
