Thank you for spending a few moments looking at our condo. We hope to give you something to look forward to. We want you to know that we are vacationers too. We recently finished completely painting with new colors and furnishings. What we look for is a place that is affordable and is kept absolutely clean and has up to date furnishings. Our condo fits this description. You have a place that leaves you more money to spend on the rest of your vacation. You are using the same beach, same restaurants, same stores, same recreation places and other amenities that are used by the high priced condos. We also want to know what others have to say about our condo after they leave. We have many guest reviews for you to read. You don’t have to just take our word in the advertising.

Our condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. You can walk to a number of restaurants on wide sidewalks or walk to the many local flavor stores. Our condo is located directly across the street from the beach. We are on a corner and have a safe crossing light to our deeded access onto the beach. When you walk out the front door you will be standing on the beach in 3 minutes. You will be parking directly under our condo so your car stays safely covered for your stay at our Gentle Winds East A1.

Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores? Still has the small town beach feel. Still a family oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Night time fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.


Not long ago a fun renovation was completed. The latest changes are major. We now have a King Bed in the bed instead of the former queen beds. We had a wall built for the bedroom with a barn door. We created built-in bunk beds in the previous closet. These are child size bunks: 24" x 59". We have new flooring throughout the condo. Ceiling as been redone along with crown molding. Bathroom has been remodeled as well. We wanted a more intimate feeling but not leaving out the small families that need and want an affordable condo.

Our condo has nearly every convenience you have at home. The kitchen is fully stocked so you don’t have to bring home to here. We even put in new granite countertops. Plenty of linens and towels too. We have free Wifi so bring your laptop too. You will be working with us directly and you always have our phone number if you need us. We pride ourselves in responding every step of the way quickly and politely during the process of deciding and ultimately coming to our condo. We actively manage the condo and do all the cleaning and maintaining so we know what you want when you get here. Clean, Clean, Clean and comfortable!

In April 2023 a wonderful couple Matthew and Courtney Fallin and their family purchased the condo from Lisa and me. A deep friendship developed over the past year leading to their interest in our condo. I will continue to oversee the day to day operation of the condo and continue what we started many years ago. Matthew and Courtney also have properties in Pigeon Forge TN and this will be their first beach property. It is my privilege and honor to be able to stay on at Gentle Winds and now be a part of Matthew & Courtney's success.
