We really enjoyed our stay here. The best part is the wrap around balcony with sunrise and beach and even town views from this 13th floor corner unit. It is a perfect place for 4 people to stay, with 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. Super responsive hosts, and check in and out was very easy. Close to town but quiet. There is a convenience store right across the street and it close enough to walk to a few restaurants within a couple of blocks (Bahama Bobs, Lauria's By the Beach, The Catch, etc). Walkable to right downtown, but probably a couple mile walk so some may prefer to drive. Access to the beach was convenient and easy as well. We would stay here again!

Great family vacation destination

Our family enjoyed this property, plenty of room for us. Condo was clean with many amenities. 13th floor gave beautiful views of the Gulf. Check in and check out process very simple. Indoor/outdoor pool is small. Condo is beachfront, umbrella service easily obtained. TVs in each bedroom and living room, but remotes did not operate TVs. Would definitely stay again!

Great beachfront condo

This property is well maintained, clean, and is exactly as described. It is beachfront and has a huge balcony overlooking the gulf. There is also a nice view and second sliding glass door in the master bedroom. The check-in process was easy, and directions were sent a week in advance, as stated. Check out was also easy - just basic instructions that any good guest should do, like put dishes away and take out the garbage. The property is quiet and in a good location. And we were happy to have a reserved covered parking spot. Highly recommend this specific condo. We’d love to return!

Had a great stay once again in GS. First time in this condo and complex. Only drawback was no fitness center in the common area while Coastal Shores West has one. Had no issues with unit and no communications with property manager. This area is great as there are several good restaurants within walking distance of less than 15 minutes. Would stay again.

Great Location

Very clean upon arrival. We were surprised multiple times by people (for legitimate reasons) being in the unit or entering the unit without us knowing so communication could have been better. While there were a small number of areas due for minor upkeep the unit was a great layout and well stocked with what we needed. Location is fantastic and beautiful .

Probably better options

We enjoyed our trip to the region, but left the property feeling like there were probably better options in Gulf Shores. The biggest issue was the furniture, which is dated, dirty, and broken. The upper horizontal on the love seat is broken, and the upholstery on all three living room pieces is soiled. We put towels on them when we sat down, which admittedly was not very often as we spent most of our time on the beach. We were also surprised with the lack of little things which would make a stay more worry free. There's no beach towels, and very little in the way of beach equipment. We were surprised by that given our stays at other beach properties which had an abundance of that gear. There's one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, period. Only 1 trash bag in the property (we used grocery bags once we had to empty the trash). No facial tissue, (which shortens the useful life of one of your two rolls of TP). In fairness they tell you that those items are not provided when they send the check in email, which we didn't catch until we had arrived. But not including essentially five bucks worth of toiletries on a week long rental worth just short of two grand? Seemed at best odd. In short, we enjoyed Gulf Shores, but should we visit again we will look for a different place to stay.

Absolutely amazing

I have stayed in Gulf Shores many times and this condo was the best ever. We had the corner property so we have views from the balcony from three sides. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was very clean. There were four of us ladies that stayed and we all said it was the best place to stay. Hopefully we will get to come back again.

Rental was beautiful and just what I expected. Lots of great places to eat that is a short walk or drove from the condo, especially The Steamer. The only dislike is that several nights we could smell someone smoking weed from their balcony and so we couldn't enjoy the view. But overall, five stars and I highly recommend.

Awesome view!

We had a great time on our stay. The condo was as advertised. Not bashing but the sofas could use a shampooing and the master comforter could use a washing. The place otherwise was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to great food and and attractions! Loved the proximity to the water!
