Welcome to Decked Out, a unique 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that is a 2-minute walk away from the beach in Fort Morgan, Alabama! This home features a unique floor plan, an elevator, covered parking, a private swim spa that can be heated and two decks to enjoy the views of the gulf! Decked Out is the perfect place for your next family getaway or multi-family vacation that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Decked out is pet-friendly (additional fee(s) apply) and is located in Fort Morgan. This quiet peninsula allows guests to enjoy the white sand beaches away from the crowds and congestion.

About Decked Out
The home sits on stilts and has parking underneath for up to 2 vehicles with additional parking in the driveway.
There is a picnic table for eating along with a gas and charcoal grill. Enclosed outdoor shower. Elevator access on ground level.
The 1st floor is the sleeping area. When you go up the stairs you walk into a living area with a Twin bed over a Twin trundle. The washer/dryer room is also in this area and there is a balcony access that leads you to the South and West deck with views of the gulf.

The Master Bedroom sits on the SW end of the home, it has access to the balcony mentioned above with a King bed sleeping 2 guests, a TV, and a private bathroom with a standing tile shower. Guest Bedroom 2 sits on the SE end of the home and has a King bed sleeping 2 guests and a TV.
The Bunk Bedroom (bedroom 3) sits on the NE side of the home with a Twin over Full bunk bed sleeping 3 guests, a closet, and a TV.
These 2 rooms and the common area share a bathroom located in the hall between the two bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combo.

Leading up the stairs to the 2nd floor is where you'll find the kitchen, living, and dining areas. 4 balcony access points that lead you to the deck with East, West, and South views of the gulf. All are viewable from the inside as well. Dining for 8 at the dinner table and additional outdoor dining, along with seating and lounge chairs for tanning. The half bathroom is located off the living room with a toilet and sink.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
