Edgewater is a small complex with a total of 28 units. No need to fight for your front row spot on the beach!

Let us know immediately after booking if you need an additional pass and I can add the additional fee to your reservation. Max 2 vehicles. Be sure to request second parking pass a week PRIOR to your stay. Second parking pass requested day of check-in cannot be guaranteed.
You are within walking distance to the most sought after places in Gulf Shores including; The Hangout, surf shops, Bahama Bob's, a local grocery store for last minute needs, liquor store, Island Ice Cream, and MORE!! You are a short drive from grocery stores, Walmart, Dollar General, MORE restaurants, Waterville, and Tanger Outlets (in Foley).

Check In Details
You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Great place!

Excellent view of the beach (enclosed) but still able to open doors to feel the sun. Our kids loved staying here and was great location! We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed being only a few minutes away from shops and places to eat. Room was very clean and accommodated our stay very well.

Absolutely perfect location and the condo was perfect for what we needed!! We enjoyed our stay so much and the communication with the owner was helpful! We Will be booking another vacation here for next summer for sure!

Great Stay

This was our first stay ad Edgewater, it was a great location for our party, easy to get in and out of, location was near everything. Condo was set up perfectly, clean, and all needed amenities. Parking was easy and close. Working with Elite was great, we had an issue with Hot Water, but they were responsive and resolved quickly. We will stay here again.

Great location and met our needs. Unfortunately, there was a power outage and the elevator was out. It’s didn’t get repaired by the time we left. That was the only hiccup and Jessica, our contact was awesome and very quick to respond to the issues.

Gorgeous views and property

Let's start with the cleanliness because that is always very important. This condo was spotless! Everything from the very obvious to the less obvious was very clean. The property itself was also very well-tended to as well. The pool and lounge areas were very well cared for. We found nothing out of place during our stay and look forward to staying again. Guest services was very informative and sent the check in/check out info right on time, they even let us know that the condo was ready for check in an hour early which was appreciated. The location was wonderful, and we didn't drive far for anything. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend!

Cozy and excellent location

Everything was perfect. From location (right on beach, close to restaurants and shopping and Walmart is a few miles away), pool was clean and usually empty, outdoor showers were helpful, to check in to place itself was easy. The traffic around the location is nutty at times and takes forever to go a few miles; however, no fault of the location itself. Place was described accurately, check in and out super easy, communication with management was easy when we had a slight issue with water (knobs were marked opposite and the water heater switch was off) and they easily and quickly addressed concerns and how to fix. Loved the master bedroom was separate from the kids room for a change! Big bathrooms and perfect size kitchen for a family of five. Big closets and clean and safe feeling area overall. Would stay again!
