Just because youâre away from home, doesnât me you wonât have everything you need from home. Grand Beach Penthouse 3 has a washing machine and dryer, and Wi-Fi so you donât have to worry about finding a place to do your laundry or have connection issues when you are trying to upload all the great photos you took during your day at the beach. The location simply cannot be beat. There is a large outdoor pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs all around the pool deck. Parking is limited to 2 passes per reservation. There is a ring doorbell camera at the entry way of the condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.
