The Space:

Need a great location that won't break your budget, then you've found the perfect place...



Our 3rd Floor Condo is a 1BR/1BA that sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the bedroom, hallway bunk beds suitable for kids and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The Grand Beach Resort is located directly across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex, on East Beach Blvd, is walking distance to many of the attractions and events, including the state park fishing pier. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. When combined with the great rates, location and view, Grand Beach 315 offers a fantastic value. Unit 315 is possibly the nicest 1BR in the Grand Beach complex and features unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location to downtown and the state park fishing pier, outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, wireless internet access, washer and dryer and cable TV.

Be sure to book this unit early for the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival because it is in high demand.

Lodgings were as expected. However weather was so windy n cold beach time was very limited. Even time at the pool was too chilly to spend a lot of time.

Not clean!

It was not clean the trim and walls, cabinets all had stuff all over them the bathroom was the worst. The sheets had marks on them.
