Great family vacation spot--Lani Kai-

Our main purpose for having a condo is to have an awesome excuse for
coming to the beach. We love it and if you are checking out Gulf
Shores you must love the beach too. Our condo has a King size bed
and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sleeper
sofa in the living room.
Everything you will need is provided except for food and clothing.
You will be parking underneath the condo and no long walks to a hot
car! There is room for 2 vehicles in your assigned space. You don't
even have to use your car to go to a number of restaurants. We have
6 or 7 local favorites all within walking distance of the condo. The
local shops are also within walking distance and we have wide
walking lanes to avoid the traffic.
We offer the personal touch that you can't get from a realtor renting
units. We respond quickly and will answer almost any question. My
name is Jim and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Must be 25 or older to rent. No pets allowed.

Perfect getaway

Everything my Wife, daughter, and Mother-in-law could have asked for on their beach/softball vacation. Easy beach access, a pool, and a cozy yet roomy place to stay. The literal only minor hiccup was that there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa, but they bought some (we always need sheets). That didn't change that this was a near perfect stay, and gets 5 stars from the wonderful women in my life

Perfect place in Gulf Shores

I highly recommend staying here! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating and even helped us out when we ran into an issue (our fault). We will definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be happier...

The location was perfect. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Some of the reviews were complaining of roaches, one pretty recent and it had me pretty nervous. Not a bug in sight at all! Looking forward to booking again.

Gulf Shores Trip to Lani Kai

First I want to say I am not one of those that is nit picky about everything & I contacted the host twice before making this review. I never got a response the 1st time so I messaged them a 2nd time giving them a chance to make this right and all they could say was "sorry". They have most definitely lost mine & my family as a customer. Soon as we got there I noticed the floor was absolutely disgusting. There were dead roaches through out the floor & the kitchen/living room floor was sticky in multiple spots. Roaches crawling around as well. (Big & small) The sink had smeared food of some sort in the disposal side. We had to scrub the tub out because the bottom had dirt or something all in it. Dirty rags left in the hamper. Dust all over the place & the chair on our patio was broken. My 5 year old sat in it & it flipped him over. (Imagine if that would have been my disabled Mother.) The toilet gave us problems the whole week end. It kept stopping up and over flowing to where we had to lay towels down (which I cleaned up before leaving) & there were no parking passes left in the room. I immediately sent a message informing them & no response until my 2nd message was sent out today. I would say the only good thing about this place was it is so close to everything & it was a quiet neighborhood. I have stayed at many rentals, condos, ect and never had so many issues. It is definitely not worth the money I paid. Very dissapointed, I give this a 1 star all the way around.

Great Location, but the Cockroaches!!

2 day stay for a wedding. Overall this place is just ok, nothing special. It's dated, NO WiFI, the windows and sliding door to the deck do not work. The biggest turn off was the COCKROACHES!! On the ceilings, floors... For the money it will not be a place I would recommend.

It's great!

This property exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with all the necessities and even extras. It is located just a short walk across the street from the ocean. The pool was always clean and well maintained. I would have no reservations recommending this rental to anyone looking fo a reasonable place to stay
