The Space
Unwind in the spacious living area, where soaring cathedral ceilings and abundant natural light create an inviting retreat. A 50-inch TV ensures entertainment for cozy nights in, while the well-equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with family and friends.

After a sun-soaked day at the beach, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, all featuring fresh, cozy bedding.

Main Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared full bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: King bed, shared full bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Second Floor:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, private balcony access, en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk, private standard bath, TV, and ceiling fan.

Management was quick to respond to a few questions prior to stay. Short walk on a quiet, dead end street to the boardwalk to the beach. Quaint beach community with 2 pools if you need a break from beaching. House was equipped with bedrooms for adults and children. There was a closet filled with everything needed for the beach.

Lots of room

The house was very nice and well kept. My husband and I stayed there with our son, his wife and our 6 grandkids, ages 6 - 17. We had plenty of beds. It’s a little walk to the beach but not terrible. Even though it says things should be removed from the beach by 8pm, did not adhere to that rule. One complaint, not about the house but when we went to the bigger pool on Monday and Tuesday. No one had cleaned the pool. There were lots of bugs and junk in it. If there would have been a net, I would have used it. Overall, it is a nice place.

Nice property and a great location, but be cautious in picking this property if you’re looking for privacy because the management company is a little invasive. Property manager continuously drove or walked by property and one evening around 10 PM was moving chairs around on the deck.

Location was great. Walk to beach was easy!! The downstairs main room was ideal for all 9 of us plus one old dog (not talking about myself)! Had great dinner out nearby. It was a wonderful week!!!

We truly enjoy this neighborhood and will be back. Beds and couch were comfy and the AC was cool. House could use a good cleaning, but we stayed at peak tourist season-so I know timing is tight. Short walk to the beach. Loved it!

Perfect!

Amazing vacation. Great location. Great house. Great beach. House came with everything... a very well stocked kitchen, gobs of ocean toys including a beach wagon. Furniture was comfy, approppriate (love the sofa and dining table). Very nicely decorated, calm, tasteful and not overdone. House is so close to the boardwalk and the pool. The front porch was perfect to listen to the waves crash and catch the ocean breeze. Love the car park area with an outdoor shower and table. Great place to land and clean up after a sandy day at the beach. The beach is beautiful white sand and stretches out a really good distance before becoming deep... perfect for young children. Mer Sea wwas a perfect vacation for our family.
