Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Loved this condo! We've stayed at several in the Lighthouse building and this was one of our favorites. Loved having 2 king beds that were very comfortable. Only problem was floors were dirty with sand even though it didn't seem they were by appearance. Everything else was excellent!!! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at 1808. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Everything seemed very new in the condo. Very esdy checkin and checkout. Very good communication for reservation. Only complaint was parking in garage was very tight and charged $50.

Great place to stay with family

The unit was modern, clean, and had plenty of room for our family. The Lighthouse is right on the beach and very close to plenty of great places to eat and play. Even though it is 19 floors, the only time we had to wait on an elevator at all was on Saturday around check in time. The elevator situation was way better than most condos we have used. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Family of 5 perfection

This condo was exactly as described. Nice & very clean. Location was perfect, directly on the beach. My 5 year old loved the bunk room. It was a little too small for my 12 year old, but the sofa bed made up for that. The overall property was nice, clean & safe. Just wish you didn't have to go outside to access the inside pool.

Harassment by the Manager & Security

In 8 years I have never, once, been made to feel like I was unwelcomed, unwanted, unappreciated, unsafe, & like my privacy had been highly invaded, at any public facility, like I was this past week by the Manager & the Security Guard at the Lighthouse. I paid for 8 full nights & I paid $190.00 for 2 chairs on the beach that I never used except once for a total of 60 minutes & that was the first day I was there & after that I stayed in the condo, unless I went to eat, take my service dog to the bathroom or this morning when I left. This is the 3rd year I’ve been coming to the Lighthouse, with the same service dog & like I said it’s the first time I’ve ever felt belittled & harassed & nobody should be made to feel like that. The first year I came to Gulf Shores was 3 years ago & I researched all of the resorts & I chose the Lighthouse b/c of the security & the safe environment it portrayed to have & uphold. I had looked forward to this vacation for the past 365 days, b/c I work approximately 78-82 hours weekly & was ready for a much needed break, but shortly after I arrived & this happened, I wanted to leave. Based upon the incidents that happened this past week, I will no longer be staying at the Lighthouse b/c I can’t in good faith put my safety & well being in the hands of someone that made me extremely anxious & feel unsafe.

Decent condo but not my first pick for next trip

The condo was in a good location, and the pool was amazing. The condo itself however had some issues. The coffee table had a broken leg which seemed to have been glued back on previously and didn’t hold, the refrigerator was hot when we got there which nearly made the food that we brought spoil (did cool off after 24 hours but that shouldn’t happen in the first place, and a few days into our trip the A/C broke. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient but there were just too many issues to give this condo 4 or 5 stars.

This unit was very clean and was exactly what was shown in pictures. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 18th floor, breathtaking. If I had to give one downfall would be the “3rd” bedroom, it is more like a closet with bunk beds. Perfect for littles but not teens as it is a little claustrophobic and small. Otherwise than that the condo was great!!

Very nice property

Very nice property with extremely accurate description. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked, and we felt the room was spacious enough for our family. Definitely true to the description and photos! Only issues we had - check in was supposed to be 3pm but we did not receive a code until I called them at 345, and the master bathroom has an AMAZING walk in shower - except you can’t run it for more than a couple min at a time without it flooding the rest of the bathroom. We figured it out, but I think that should probably be addressed bc it’s not ideal to have to shut off your shower every minute or two while you’re in it. Overall a very nice condo as far as updates, cleanliness, accuracy, etc. The property itself has 2 pools outside which is also really nice, but the gym is meh and with it being such a high density condo, there isn’t a ton of beach space so it gets pretty crowded.

Perfect for family

Great layout for my family of 4 with two children age 4 and 2 and my parents. Everyone had their own space. Large beautiful balcony with plenty of seating. The check in process was so easy and the property was immaculate! Updated furnishings and great size kitchen to make dinner for our family. The pool is perfect for small children, the beach access is a very short walk and beach chair rentals were priced reasonably. Would definitely rent again!
