Beautiful property, but communication is awful!
Upon arriving at the condo, we were given instructions on how to check in. What we thought would be a simple process, turned into a disaster. The key code did not work and after multiple attempts of phone calls, texting, etc the property management company is basically a waste of time. We were on hold for hours! After finally speaking with someone they promised someone from Vacasa would be by to help us get in. We had groceries delivered upon check in and after sitting outside of our condo for 3 hours and food going bad, an attempt to message the property management company via Facebook messenger is how we finally got inside our condo! The person they promised would be by never came! Next day, we go to the beach and around lunchtime some of our party comes back upstairs to get inside the condo, same thing happened! So day 2 we were locked out of our condo for close to 6 hours before a Vacasa Representative got back with us with another key code. Mind you we had no car keys, no money, 6 small children, and one adult that couldn’t take his heart meds. Thankfully the rest of the trip was pleasant besides the tropical storm that came through 😆 Had we not run into those issues, our stay would have been perfect. I think the owners need to get a new property management company because they were basically no existent.
