This beautiful condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room. This unit has a full kitchen for your culinary needs. Unit is just steps across from the beach with its own deeded access where you can enjoy 30 miles of sugar sand beaches. It is a short walk to the center of town and the Hangout. Dozens of dining and shopping options just a short walk away. 2 bathrooms to alleviate crowding when getting ready. Free WiFi, Cable and TV. Two elevators, a BBQ area, deeded beach access. Enjoy the community pool, gazebo and grilling area with the gulf right across the street. Feel free to call Matt at 260*466*4276

The location was convenient and the check in process was simple and easy. The kitchen and appliances and furniture was decent. However, we had to go to Target to buy throws to put on top of all the beds to sleep on them as the bedding has a lot of stains and discoloration including pillow cases that we left behind. None of the bedding smelled or looked washed recently at all. I understand that I do not have proof due to pictures but we decided to make the most of it for our first time to the beach. You may want to look into the wiring or fuses as some outlets do not work and one of them in the kitchen surges and the plugin light just flicked on and off. Thank you for the stay, but we will find somewhere with cleaner and/or fresher bedding and linens.

This property is in walking distance to the beach and has a beach access point. The unit I stayed in had beach equipment (wagon, beach toys, cooler, etc). I thought it was very helpful for me and my family. The owner communicated well and allowed us to check in early.

We had a great visit- honest reviews: Pros: very quiet Great space for a family of 4 TVs in each room So many beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and a carrying cart Plenty of kitchenware and spacious fridge Nice pool and grilling area Walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants Comfortable beds Fans in all the rooms and extra fans Instacart delivers easily Cons: Communication is slow Our sheets had sand in them Internet is almost non existent Listing originally said water park on site- it’s gone now but there is no waterpark just a pool No balcony There is a sleeper couch but it will make it very tight It’s not on the beach, it’s across the street and over which we also weren’t aware of. Not a long walk but we believed it to be on the beach. Limited on towels- so bring extra Only two rolls of toilet paper supplied so bring extra. Would recommend and would rent again- but would make these suggestions for future first time renters!

We loved our stay at sea breeze. The location is great, not far from the beach, and very homey. The owner Matthew was easy to get a hold of, easy to work with. If we go back to GS I will definitely look into staying again.

I had no way to unlock the unit. I got no email explaining how to get in the unit. I had to contact the owners who didn't contact me back for an hour. I sent an urgent request to VRBO and they had to send an urgent request for them to contact me. The washing machine broke the first day we were there. We went all week with sandy dirty clothes and wet towels for showers and sandy beach towels. I had to call the maintenance guy. I saw a live huge roach crawling on the floor. Several people (4) burst in to the condo wanting to check for a water leak. I had no clothes on and they came right in. The beach access was not labeled. We were across the street and had no idea where the beach access was located. It looked ot be a half mile down the road.

Awesome condo with plenty of room

We only stayed one night but the condo was roomy for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the condo seemed like we were right at home. The owners kept in touch and everything was nice. I highly recommend this place and we would stay here again!!
