Gulf Shores vacation

Overall the property was in good shape and anything that needed to be fixed was. Mgr was very responsive. Refrigerator was a problem in that it never got as cold as we wanted. Mgr said it was because we put too much food in it initially which kept it from cooling sufficiently. If that is the case then suggest the refrigerator be set to cool before guests arrive.Didn't realize the house was a duplex so not quite as much privacy as we wanted but not a huge problem

Overall a great place to stay. Perfect location. Some minor cosmetic flaws, but clean. Manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We had plenty of room for our large family. Will definitely be back. It was a great vacation!

Good week, nice property.

No issues. Bathrooms were well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.. Flooring is pretty worn in the kitchen but functional. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, coffee, creamer, etc.

House accommodated our family of 10 very well! Location was perfect right on the beach! House could use a little repairing but overall it was nice! Beds were comfortable and view was beautiful! We had a great time!

JOKE

If you want to lose your security deposit for damages that have occurred prior to your stay then I recommend staying here! The property manager is completely out of touch and doesn’t respond to messages unless it’s beneficial for him! If you do decided to stay take pictures of EVERYTHING broken or damaged to document which will in turn take about 3 full days! Management here is a complete JOKE!

Not worth the price

We were able to check in early fortunately. But the toilet was broken when we arrived. It took them almost 2 hours to fix it. Then the pipe below the sink broke- leaving standing water, so they had to fix that. The heat had an awful burning smell. Would not recommend this house.

North AL Family Vacation at Gulf’n Poolside

Nice amenities. Spacious for 6 adults and 2 children under 2. Pool was handy for everyone, especially the kids. Right on the beach, so it was convenient for lounging and a little surf fishing. Location was not crowded and was convenient for restaurants and groceries. Very pleasant week.

Gulf Getaway

Overall, I found Gulf'n Poolside a very nice duplex on the beach. A couple of suggestions I would like to make, though, is (1) an extra set of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. If I had known there was only one set of towels for my husband and I in master bath, I would have brought more. Also (2), I suggest you either clean or paint door leading to deck. Its black and moldy (icky!). Other than that, I recommend this place.

Great extended family stay!

We had people of all ages stay and it was great for all of us. It was nice to have laundry and the group that side in the other side of the condo were great as well! The pool was really nice. There was one day that we were expecting pool cleaners to come bc we were told they would be coming on Friday after we left and we weren’t allowed in the pool for 4 hours but it was fine. The beach isn’t a far a walk out at all. Really nice mattresses in the rooms as well. Plenty of room for our big group!

Amazing property!

Had a blast over spring break with friends and family! Property is perfect for those who love the beach and for those who like to hangout in the pool. Great access to a mini mart, short walk across the road. The afternoon ice cream trip for the kids was a daily ritual, also a short walk across the road. Excellent location and just close enough to all the "must-go" places in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Family Vacation

When we first booked this property, nothing was updated. Much to our surprise they had revamped the whole place! Our trip was wonderful. When we got to the house the lock hadn't synced with the wifi so we were essentially locked out, but they were very quick to get us a new code to get into the house. The view & pool was great! Everything about the house was wonderful! We will keep them in mind for other vacations in the future!
