Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family and I stayed for a week and hated to leave! We watched dolphins from condo most days. In addition, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, close proximity to the beach (a super short walk), the view of the bay upon entering the property, a short walk to local restaurant Tacky Jack’s, and the well stocked kitchen for eating in. Such a fantastic condo!

Perfect vacation destination

The Indies 603 was a perfect vacation destination for our family. Plenty of room. The condo was beautiful, clean, everything worked as it should, and the complex itself is beautiful. Great view. Perfect location for Ft. Morgan for those who prefer a less crowded beach vs Orange. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect, although it could stay open a little later. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo, plenty of space for our family. Beautiful view! Kids enjoyed the pool. Had a few little problems but things got handled fairly quickly. Love the less crowded area of Fort Morgan!

We had a great time, the condo was amazing and very spacious for 6 of us. Only hiccup we had is we were not aware that trailers are not allowed on property. I didn’t see anywhere in my signed contract that they weren’t allowed. We were informed, after pulling a 4x8 uhaul trailer from Texas all the way to Alabama that it can’t be parked on the property so we had to scramble to figure out what to do since we were there for 1 week. On the other hand, the security guards for the property were amazing and helped us out to the best of their ability.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the staff at sunset properties. The staff was amazing and easy to communicate with and so accommodating. The property was spotless, had everything we needed and breathtaking! Thank you again for a memorable visit!

Vacation during a Hurricane

I will not be returning to this property, a hurricane hit the third day of our vacation and we lost all power. Also rain blew in the front door and soaked the floor. We had to leave early and were refused any money back from a ruined vacation.

Great Property/Great Location/Great Views

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean and had very nice furnishings. Beds were comfy and it provided the essentials for our stay. The view from the balcony was great. Our family of 5 enjoyed dinner on the balcony every evening. An added bonus was the spectacular sunset view of the bay area on the front side of the building. The best part was how close we were to the beach. It was an easy walk. We were able to easily tote all our beach gear with us for a day at the beach. If you like a little more relaxed location then this is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive to get to a grocery store or activities in gulf shores but it is an easy drive. We preferred being away from all the busyness of Gulf Shores. If you are concerned with social distancing but still want to vacation, this is a perfect spot. The beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely book again next time we visit the area. **During our stay there was construction going on at the property. It did not really affect our stay in any way. Pool was open in the evening but we didn't attempt to use it. The roof top patio was closed. I am sure this was a spot we would have used but we were still able to enjoy our personal balcony. During the day we were out at the beach so construction noise was not really an issue.

Nice place!

The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Weather was good most of the stay. A bit cold, so we would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, however, We couldn't because children under the age of 14 are not allowed in it. Had we known that, we would have gone somewhere else. Pool water was to cold to enjoy. Need to fix the rotted table legs on the balcony. Only a 4 because of the HOA restrictions on the hot tub. I would stay here again in warmer weather. Wouldnt stay again in cooler months.
