JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH! THIRD floor makes it feel like you are on the beach!

How and where do we start to describe to guests about what they can expect at this coastal beach condo in the heart of Gulf Shores? First of all, you will enjoy terrific ocean views from the large corner balcony. Our condo is well positioned to have both a great view of the beach as well as the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is perfectly positioned and perfect for night sky star gazing and daytime dolphin spotting.

Another plus about this unit is that it is on the third floor, just one floor above the second floor parking deck. If you don't want to have to use the elevator you just have one flight of stairs and you are there.

The condo is comfortably furnished and flooded with natural light from the east facing wall of windows. The bedrooms are a split design with each having an attached bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and opens on to the balcony and that gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a table with 4 chairs and there are even more stools for additional seating.

Building amenities include a weight/exercise room with recently purchased equipment, a family game room with pool table, sauna, and indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub.

**When looking at the beach, plenty of garbage on the site. **Floors through the whole condo were filthy. Not just dirt that could be vacuumed
.. ground in dirt! **All furniture was very outdated and very uncomfortable.**The foot rest in the living room was filthy and honestly should be trashed.**kitchen sink could have been MUCH cleaner. **screen in bedroom patio door was torn out. **dishwasher NEEDS replacement!Will NEVER stay here again. Do NOT recommend!!!

The condo was sparkling clean, beautiful, and better than we expected. Clean, bright, excellent furnishings. The porch couch and chairs were perfect to watch the beach activity and gulf. Smart televison worked great. It is right on the beach and the view is spectacular. Parking is very convenient and restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Fell short on what I expected

Check in was easy with the code. Place was clean and was sufficient expect for a few things. Couldn’t get the ice maker to produce any ice after numerous attempts. 7 for a bag of ice. There are no blinds or curtains on the main sliding glass doors which we thought to be strange. No privacy what so ever at night. Didn’t spend much time in main living space because of this. Garbage disposal made a very loud noise when turned on. There is not very good water pressure in kitchen faucet so we thought maybe that was why it was so loud. Nothing stuck in it so not sure what the issue with it was. Good location. Walk or drive to anywhere you want to go easily.

Perfect!

Condo was the perfect size for myself and 3 other adults. The large oceanfront balcony was amazing and had plenty of seating for 4 adults. We saw many dolphins out in the ocean from the balcony! The condo had a storage spot for beach chairs so that everything didn’t have to be lugged back up each day, which was great. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, even for the busy summer months. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient for dining and entertainment. Danielle was amazing with communication and explained everything in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this property! Thank you, Danielle, for allowing us to share your beautiful condo for the week! We’ll be back!

Great Visit to the Shore

My daughter, granddaughter and I had a great time and great stay in Gulf Shores. We were in town for a music festival but were also able to enjoy some beach time. The booking and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Danielle was very quick to reply, extremely nice and very helpful. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach with great access and amenities, and also was in a good walkable location. Pier 33 is directly across the street and it is just a short walk to other food, drink and rental locations. Overall great stay.

Unit was good. Property definitely older! Pool was ICE COLD. Even colder than ocean. We were there 6 nights . Hot tub did not work for 2 of those nights and pool was finally cleaned after day 5.
