A huge exercise facility overlooks the gulf with a wide variety of exercise equipment, a sauna, and a restroom with shower. The exercise facility also includes a media area with a huge comfortable sofa and flat screen TV.
This beautiful property is within easy walking distance to the Hangout, to be exact it is 8 minutes walking on the beach at a Southerner's pace. The pier is an easy 15 minute walk down the beach. Walk to Sea and Suds in seconds and several other restaurants are a leisurely stroll away.
