Fantastic location directly across from one of the best beaches in the South. Main public beach access directly across the street with public restrooms and shower. Walking distance to many of Gulf Shores greatest attractions. Perfect for Hang Out Fest, Shrimp Fest, NCAA Beach Volleyball weekend, Spring Break and making many summer memories.

Two level Condo featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room for up to 9 people. Main level bedroom has Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Second floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a third bedroom with three twin beds. Full bathroom on second level. Full size washer and dryer on second level. Kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and new flooring. Shiplap? We have plenty. Living room has shiplap wall and seating for all your guests. There is a great balcony off the master bedroom with spectacular views of the Gulf. A second balcony is off the living room

We were able to enjoy this wonderful property during the Sand in my Boots festival and it served us perfectly. With a fair walking distance to the hangout, quick access to the beach and relaxing pool, the property offered us everything we could have asked. My guests and I absolutely loved this property. It was within perfect walking distance from several stores, restaurants, and the beach itself. Don't worry about bringing pool/beach toys because the host has some already at the property! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again

This is a perfect location across the street from the public beach access and walkable distance to restaurants and a grocery store. There was ample space for our group and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. There was a slight mix up with check in, but the host was quick to fix the situation.
