Ground level duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 private bedrooms (1 king bed; 2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower). Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, standard coffeemaker - no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a DUPLEX. This listing is for the DOWNSTAIRS private unit. The upstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

Kitchen set up nicely but kitchen table was not stable. Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Lots of built up dust, spots on walls, toilet dirty. Sinks and countertops looked clean. Beach access was too far to walk for someone older. When guests are upstairs you can hear every move they make. Not a problem, that’s expected. Overall cute place. Front door needs attention from gap when closed and under couch needs cleaned.

Beautiful property by the beach

This property was PERFECT for our week vacation at Gulf Shores! The house was just as pictured, and very convenient location wise. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful. You don't hear much noise at all from the strip even though you are so close to the main area! We absolutely loved it, and would pick this place again.

Check the leg on the kitchen table it is very loose. Don't want it to fall with stuff on it on anyone. Everything else fine. We put all linens and towels in washer with detergent before we left. We washed all dishes Spring on counter. All trash emptied and Pitt can on curb

Great location!

One street away from the beach, a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything! This place had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have rented from Shonna many times and she is a delight to work with and very fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely rent again from her! Thanks for another great visit!

Perfect for what we were expecting. We score the overall 4 star not it had anything to do with the landlord but the attendance above us the first night and last night could hear there foot steps and moving of chair or some kind a furniture. Great Place!

Pictures are very accurate to the condo. Very close to tons of restaurants, souvenir shops & the beach! It’s a little walk to the beach, but there is close public beach access parking available if needed. Would stay here again!
