Things to know
âą Amenities/Clubhouse access is $40/person per day OR $100/per family per day

âą For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
âą There is a rollaway bed in the unit
âą No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
âą For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
âą The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
âą NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
âą State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
âą NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
âą The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
âą Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
âą No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
âą For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
âą For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
