GULF FRONT Living at its best! This stylishly refurbished condo has tile throughout & great comfortable furniture, sleep peacefully on comfy beds (New Mattresses 2016), NOW KING SIZE BED in both BEDROOMS with good pillows and high thread count cotton sheets.

Wake up to the sound of crashing waves in the gulf front master suite. Prepare your fresh coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Then make your way to the balcony on the 18th floor with views of the warm sea below and white sands as far as the eye can see! It has to be one of the best views on Gulf Shores.

Sit on the outside sofa on the south facing balcony while sipping your coffee, catch a dolphin jumping in the sea or enjoy the panoramic views. There are no noise distractions here from people on the beach below only nature, birds, warm sea breezes, clean sea air and sounds of the waves. Once you sit down you will find it hard to leave!

Alternatively, have a meal either inside by the kitchen or on the balcony as the sun sets.

The Master and Guest bedrooms both have new king size beds. Linens are high thread count and very comfy. The bedrooms each have smart tv's.

A separate room for the kids with full over full bunk sleeps 4 with TV & Blu Ray DVD.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and some beach toys.

Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with views of the gulf and sliding doors onto a spacious balcony with both table and chairs and comfy sofas.

There is a heated indoor/outdoor pool. Kiddie pool which is gated and located as you walk down to gain gated entry to the beach along side 3 cooking grilles. The hot tub, bbq area, 1800 sq ft. high tech fitness and sauna center overlooking the beach.

There is covered secure parking. Parking passes are $50 per car, Max 2 cars per unit, Please purchase passes at the front gate.

Fancy a cold beverage or a meal on the beach, Sea and Suds is a minute walk from the condo. Alternatively, The Hangout, Pink Pony, Bahama Bobs are all within a ten minute walk.

The keyless entry code will be sent via VRBO Messenger by 4:00 PM on check in day.

Walking in we were so happy with the space! It was exactly as pictured, but so much better! The views are just breathtaking, and the balcony was absolutely our favorite spot! Coffee at sunrise, card games and giggles after sunset, late night peace and conversation. What a great experience. We cannot wait to return!Our host was has made a perfext space for a family get away.

Overall we were pleased with the property and it met the needs of our family. There were a couple of things that I would address for future renters. First, in the property images it states that there are beach supplies (chairs specifically) available for use. This was part of why we chose this property. On arrival the chairs were not there. I reached out to the host on two different occasions to ask about them and never received any kind of reply. We ended up having to purchase our own chairs which was an expense we did not anticipate. Secondly would be the lack of communication from the host. Having reached out twice and not getting a response was a bit frustrating. Thankfully we really had no problems that would have really required needing the host.Third, we noticed that all of the bathtub and sink plugs have been removed. This would not be a problem for most people, but having small children we had no way to give them a complete bath. Not a deal breaker, but I would bring some plugs to this property if your child cannot take a shower.Again, we were happy with our stay. It met our needs and location right next to the beach was great. Just a few hiccups that I would have wanted to be aware of.

Great location, beautiful condo overall.

This was our third time staying at Seawinds. This was by far the best unit we’ve stayed in - especially the outdoor space. There was plenty of seating on the balcony, which allowed our group to be able to enjoy it together. As mentioned in the listing, the parking passes were not included, which was a little disappointing. The wristbands were an additional charge as well. These amenities were included in the previous units we have stayed in. The unit was overall clean, however, we found a lot of trash under the furniture. Really, the only issue we had was that the microwave did not heat up, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Very nice view. Pool was a disappointment. Floor were dirty. It would have been nice to have beach towels.kitchen was good. We were without water for a half a day. So no flushing toilets and no showers.

Great Place

I was worried about size of the rooms having two littles and needing space for a pack and play and a toddler air mattress. Both fit perfectly. Condo was very spacious. Condo was well equipped with things needed. Surf style was a walk across the street if anything was needed. Very happy with our stay and will be staying again.

I’d stay here again

Overall it was pretty much what was described and expected. The dishwasher was broken but definitely not a deal breaker for me. We just hand washed everything. The location was amazing with beautiful beachfront views. Literally could just live here to be honest. So much fun things to do all within 5-10min drive. Very convenient. Will be staying here again!

Great condo, but LOUSY customer service! NO INTERNET OR TV FOR A WEEK!!!!!

This was a beautiful property! However, as soon as we arrived we realized that one of the balcony doors was missing a lock and THERE WAS NO TV OR INTERNET SERVICE!! When I contacted the host, he suggested that I unplug the TV and plug it back in Nothing happened. I took a screen shot of the TV with the steps it required to connect to the Wi-Fi service, but he didn’t respond at all. I contacted Coastline Management Services, who are responsible for this property. The gentleman in the office instructed me to contact SECUREVISION using the landline in the condo unit. I spoke with the tech and told her all of the steps I had already attempted and she tried to reboot the system from her location. NO RESULTS! I attempted to reach the Coastline Management Company by phone, email and text, but no one responded. I left numerous messages, but no one ever responded. I paid a lot of money for a week in a condo with NO INTERNET OR TV! I demand a partial refund!!!

Overall good --

Overall the property is as described. The only problem we had was with the sleeping arrangements. The couch was uncomfortable to sleep on and worse once it was pulled out into a bed--very springy and uncomfortable-unusable. The bunk beds are strictly for children as it is not heavy duty enough for adults. You could fit 4 children in these but no adults. A better description would be 4 adults comfortably and 4 children comfortably.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

Our family of 6 had a great stay. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable and Lance was very responsive. We were so thankful for all the extras that were provided so that we didn’t have to pack them: bath and beach towels, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella, along with sand toys. The view from the patio was amazing- we even saw dolphins! The pool was crowded at times but the kids had a blast. Highly recommend.
