Oh wait, we forgot to mention the spectacular views! This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has both upper and lower decks and the beach access boardwalk is, literally, at the base of the driveway. LVP flooring, stainless appliances and quartz countertops means you'll be vacationing in style. Extras include an ice maker and a beverage fridge, both very important for a successful beach vacation! Pro Tip: Take the boardwalk and go right to the beach and left for the fastest route to both pools and tennis/pickleball courts.

The Space

This professionally decorated home features an open floor plan, full kitchen and it sleeps up to 22 guests. The kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 5.

You'll find a king bedroom with private bath and balcony access located on the main level. This beautifully decorated room features amazing views, even from the bed! You can actually wake up to the sight of the sun rising over the gulf! The master bath is complete with a modern, freestanding tub, separate shower and private water closet as well as a convenient double vanity. There is also an oversized laundry room on this level so you can store larger items, like coolers, out of the main traffic path.

On the upper level you'll discover three king rooms, a room with two full over full bunks, and a second bunk room with full over full and twin over twin bunks. All bedrooms can easily access the upper-level balcony.

* One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age and be present at the property for the duration of the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
