Vitamin Sea is a spacious 2150 square feet and can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably. You'll have access to a 4-seater golf cart, making it easy to explore the area. The property is situated on white sugar sand and offers stunning views of the Gulf.
The house has a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a king bed in the primary bedroom upstairs, and two twin beds in the other guest bedroom. The crows nest features a twin bed and a queen sofa bed, providing plenty of sleeping options for your group. There are also three full bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.
Relax on the large screened-in porch or enjoy the outdoor seating on the deck. Fire up the gas grill (renter responsible for supplying gas if it runs out) and have a cookout with friends and family.
Martinique Resort is a pedestrian, bike, and golf-cart friendly community. You'll have access to two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a fitness center, and tennis courts. The property is also conveniently located near the 4200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities.
Entry codes will be texted to guests on the day of arrival for easy check-in. Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING unit, and there is no smoking allowed inside or outside the property, including porches and balconies.
Parking is limited to 1-3 cars per reservation, depending on condo association rules. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. The number of parking passes needed must be prepaid prior to arrival and displayed on the vehicle at all times.
