Beachy, Beautiful, Spacious, Comfortable, single level PRIVATE home, uniquely decorated, FENCED yard, big GARAGE. All yours! You'll exit the main road 3 miles north of the beach, turn left and go a couple hundred yards. Let the TRAFFIC keep going cause you're HOME!! It's literally a perfect location. No hunting for a PARKING spot, no THUNDERFOOTS upstairs, no waiting for an elevator! EVERYTHING you could want in your HOME away from home for your vacation. Plenty of room, wifi, big tv with satellite, the kitchen is fully equipped, so is the laundry room...can't list it all! Sleeps 7 with 2 queen beds, a full and a twin. Walk or bike to Target, bookstore, movies, a bunch of eateries and shopping. Or sit on your screen porch in the fenced backyard. We have 3 other homes in the neighborhood, and we've been honored with over 300 five star reviews. EVERYBODY loves it here, we know you will too.

This was perfect for our Thanksgiving get away. The home was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The fenced back yard provided a safe place for our little dog to pop outside when needed. Our host, David, was very responsive and helpful. We plan to visit again.

We love staying at this house! It’s close to favorite restaurants, beaches, Factory Outlets. Very convenient and plenty of space inside and a large garage! David is great! He comes out to fix any issues very quickly!

THE PLACE FOR PETS & BEACH FUN!!

The house is wonderfully layed out with a split bedroom plan--perfect for kids and parents--or like us, adult kids, parents, and in-laws. The fenced back yard makes bringing your furbaby nice for them and you. The description fails to mention the fantastic garden tub in the master bath. The open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining area make s it easy to spend time together. The convenient laundry/mud room off the garage is another fantastic feature of this property.The beach is a straight shot, and even in traffic took us on only 9 min. Target is just around the corner, and Publix is just beyond Target--and just a little way in the other direction--Cracker Barrel and Tanger Outlets! While you're not right on the beech, you also don't have the noise and disruption of condo neighbors and busy streets.The quiet, privacy, conveniece, easy access to shopping and family-friendly floorplan make this your perfect pet and family vacation rental. We're already planning our return trip!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood just mins from the beach, the house was clean and as advertised. The host was very helpful and responded to all of my messages and went above and beyond. If you want to stay in a quiet place just mins from the beach and shopping then this is the place for you.

Good location for restaurants and access to main roads I had a dog so accommodations were good yard a mess but it was early spring. The pillows were terrible and next time will bring my own. Sheets were worn out and kept popping off. House was good for price and location. Next visit I will bring pillows and sheets

Awesome Experience and Stay

Great house with everything you need for a stay at the beach! The house was clean and exactly as described plus more. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and my kids loved the choice of beach accessories provided. We met David as we got there-he was welcoming and so friendly! We will definitely stay again! 10/10!

A central location with easy access to Gulf Shores beach and Tanger outlet mall. Target, Publix and several restaurants are within walking distance. This is a great pet friendly house! We will definitely stay here again.

My husband, myself and our rescue dog stayed here April 22nd-May 2nd 2024. We were very pleased. I really can't think of anything that we were disappointed with. We loved that Jax did not have to be leashed in a small condo. We loved the screened porch. The pictures from the VRBO site were accurate. Communication with the owners was very welcoming. We DID have an issue with one of the televisions and it was addressed within minutes. We would stay here again.

Perfect place!

You can’t get any better than this house. It was perfect for our party of six (4 adults and 2 boys, 11 and 13) and 2 fur babies. The house was wheelchair friendly for our parents and had enough room for us all to have space. The fenced backyard was great for our two little dogs. They were able to go out without a leash and run off some energy. Communication with the owners was fabulous and any questions were addressed within 30 minutes. Location is far enough away that there isn’t a lot of traffic noise but close enough that you still feel in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy and inviting. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to fix the few dinners we didn't eat out. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though we were next to an airport the house was quite and relaxing.

I got married in Gulf Shores this past week and the house was a perfect fit for our needs. Owners are cool and house was clean. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers so it was a little snug, but that’s to be expected with that many people under 1 roof. I would book this property again.

A little slice of heaven

This property had all the amenities of home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Our family of 4 adults and 4 dogs had an amazing time and the property owner checked to make we had everything we needed. Thank you David for your excellent communication we cannot wait to come back again!! The location was so convenient to the beach and several wonderful restaurants! If you are looking for a great place to stay well then you just found it! David is Awesome! Highly recommend!

This is a great rental. The house was fully equipped. We were able to make all of our meals instead of eating out. The garage was even equipped with beach toys and chairs! The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house was clean and bed was comfortable. The hosts are very responsive. Check in went perfect. We will definitely rent again

March Get Away

The house was very comfortable. We loved the walkin shower in the primary bedroom. Our lab enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Dave our host checked in and gave us ideas for things to do. We enjoyed bike riding to the zoo and we loved the Sunday brunch. Proximity to the beach was great. We spent several days at the State Park. In fact this was our favorite place to go. The dog park is fun, we enjoyed live music and the bike trails are beautiful. Finding fun restaurants to go to was not a problem.

Relaxing stay!

David and Sheryl are superb hosts. Responsive, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. House was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the use of the garage and the fenced yard. Location is very convenient - close to restaurants, shopping, park and beach.

Mr Davids rental property

The rental was great, it was our first time in gulf shores alabama and we absoloutly loved it!! Mr David took care of any questions we had, the house was in perfect shape, and we will definately be renting from him again!!
