Summerhouse West 201A is away from the heavy traffic of the Central Beach Area in Gulf Shores, you will find this adorable townhome waiting to host your family! This complex is nestled in West Beach with Little Lagoon Access and a Private Boardwalk for Beach Access. Beach and waves on one side, fishing and kayaking on the other; it is the best of both worlds!

Come on inside to this 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. The Primary Suite provides a King Size Bed with a Private Full Bathroom and a Private Deck with views of the Gulf. The Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen Size Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunkbed, a Private Full Bathroom, and a Private Deck with views of Little Lagoon. Need extra sleeping? Downstairs, the couch in the Living area opens to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen is well prepped to create all your vacation meals including a Keurig. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen on the main level plus a stackable Washer and Dryer tucked away in the laundry closet. Heading outside? The Owners have provided a kayak and a blow-up paddle board with lifejackets to explore the Lagoon waters and wildlife, plus other beach gear!

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions on what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Our family stayed here for spring break and had a great experience. Location is great with quick access to both the ocean and the lagoon and multiple decks with some restricted views of the ocean. Also a bonus to be on the quieter end of Gulf Shores. The rooms were clean and it had a lot of useful kitchen amenities for cooking meals. Besides the steep staircase to get to the front door, this place surpassed our expectations.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Enjoyed our time. Peaceful place. Had everything we needed - only suggestion is having a pulley system like some neighbors do; since the stairs to unit are steep for carrying items. Loved the view from all the decks !!

Easy beach access, bay access and pool. Nice bonus to have access to beach chairs and wagon in storage locker. Perfect floor plan for family of 3 plus a friend. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, not too hard ir soft, just right. Far enough down the beach to be less crowded. Would definitely stay here again. I appreciated the simple clean decor and having just what we needed without it being cluttered.

Perfect get away!

Clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach! The sunrises on the beach and sunsets st the fishing pier were beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5! If you book this place, Use the storage shed! They have an umbrella, beach toys, beach chairs, fishing pole, wetsuits, and a wagon to carry it all! There are many stairs though, so if you have bad knees or asthma, this may be an inconvenience, but my 70 year old mother wasn’t troubled and neither were the rest of us, so the average person should he fine.

Beach Trip

We enjoyed our time together at this amazing condo. Everything that you needed was provided including an extra fan in both bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable. My husband and grandson loved the fishing pier located behind the condo. The pool was nice and we enjoyed being away from the high traffic areas. We would certainly stay there again!

Beautiful vacation spot

We had never been to gulf shores but we will be back and re-bookimg this condo. The condos location is wonderful in walking distance of the gulf and the pool is right outside the condo. The condo was exactly like the pictures it was clean and plenty of room for our family.

Clean and well stocked! Loved the balcony- ate all our meals on it looking at the ocean. This condo has the best view of all of them in this area. Very quiet for our family and nice to have the pool right there next to us.

This was a great place away from the busy part of Gulf Shores! Beautiful views of the gulf and of the lagoon! Nice condo! Easy walk to beach! Quite a few stairs but that was explained. Described perfectfully on Vrbo!

Great location and clean

First time visiting Gulf Shores. Condo was far enough away from all the high rises so didn’t have very crowded beaches and it was still a short drive to everything. Condo was very clean. Kitchen window overlooked the pool so able to check to see how busy pool was. Beautiful views from front decks. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Also, tons of amazing and nice beach supplies in closet.

The property was very clean with easy access to the beach, the lagoon, and the pool. The kids were never bored. The kayak and paddleboard were a big hit. The wagon and beach supplies were an added bonus. The location is a quieter area so the beach was never crowded. Our family would definitely book this property again.

Great Condo!

We loved the location of this condo! It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Beach access was just across the street and the lagoon was directly behind the property with a nice dock and tables. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare simple meals during our stay. We also enjoyed the views from the 3 balconies (ocean and lagoon). The extras (board games, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and sand toys) were a great bonus!

This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The house was incredibly clean, and the walk to the beach was perfect. We had a small issue with the AC that was taken care of immediately, and the maintenance man even offered us some great food recommendations!
