Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 10th floor 1568 sq ft east corner condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar. This smoke-free unit features upscale furnishings serene and calming colors lavish bedding and full size washer/dryer.

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through early April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies, however, swing stages will be in use on the property and as a result, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted. Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve this vacation rental.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great beach view

Brought the family and friends for a spring break getaway. Beautiful view of the beach and amazing sunrise and sunsets. Plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out and not be on top of each other. Close to local activities. Great place to relax for a week.

GREAT VACATION!!

Condo was just as pictured. Balcony furniture had been updated. Was clean with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. Check in convenient. I got code to door by text, it worked, really had no other contact with Young's. Really ENJOYED our stay.

Tropical Storm Claudette

We weren’t able to enjoy the beach like we had planned because of Claudette, but still had a great time. We were able to purchase a third parking pass when we arrived since they have another lot across the street. We go to the beach at least once each summer and don’t normally stay in Gulf Shores, but if you have kids this seemed like a perfect location. The elevators were quick and plenty of carts were available for loading and unloading the vehicle.

Wonderful vacation

Everything in 1001 was perfect! We traveled with my 1 year old and it was nice to be steps away from the beach so it made going back and forth easier! The condo was stocked with plenty of cookware it was very clean and comfortable beds! Definitely recommended for large families!

Dirty

Condo was very dirty. Carpet was old and stiff- smelled like mildew. Toilet seats were dirty with sanitation strips on them. Dust bunnies covered the walls and AC vents. Wasn’t convinced comforters had been washed. Bathrooms smelled like dirty mop water. Location is great and functionality of the condo is great. Awesome view. Walking distance to beach front restaurants. Large balcony. Would reccomend if it wasn’t filthy.

Great Gulf-front get-away!!!

We loved the condo! It was spacious and well-equipped...Huge balcony!...Even had a waffle maker and beach chairs...also, we loved being in walking distance to a couple of restaurants!...Only thing not convenient (about the whole place, because it really is great!), is that they have shopping carts (instead of luggage carts), to unload your things...and we noticed that some people staying in the complex would stash them in their rooms (inconveniencing everyone else)....I know this is against the complex’s policy, though, and it certainly wouldn’t keep me from coming back! Highly recommend!

Wow!What a nice place with lots of room.

Our experience was hassle free from booking the condo until our stay at the condo was through. The condo is very spacious , and it has everything that you would need . The kitchen is stocked with anything that you might need to cook including a dishwasher. The three bedrooms all had a bathroom in it which was a big plus since we had 9 people .We were very happy with the rental . The owner of the condo was real nice the couple times that I talked to her. Would highly recommend this condo unit at San Carlos.
