This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Once you step inside San Carlos 1404 you may never want to leave! Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and accessories no detail has been left undone. Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family.

This 14th floor 1419 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features upscale furnishings 2 recliners for your vacation comfort lavish bedding and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

The condo was just as listed. The property was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay. I didn’t like having to pay 50 for parking and having to cross four lanes of traffic to park in the extra parking lot across the street. There is definitely not enough parking spots to accommodate everyone close to the building.

Perfect winter break

We were very pleased with the condo and location. The only thing to say that pool was closed first couple days here which we did not know but management was nice about our concern. Absolutely breathtaking views.

The condo was furnished very nice! This condo was also very clean. All appliances worked properly. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.!! The view from the 14th floor looking out into the gulf is fabulous! Called management for a slow draining tub and maintenance was in the next morning and it was fixed in a timely manner. Condo had plenty of room for six adults! If in the area again, we’d definitely request this condo!!

Great location

Great location, beautiful décor. We had 8 guests staying in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and were only given 6 towels and washcloths. We asked for more and were brought 2 more towels, no washcloths. Also only provided a small blanket for the sleeper couch and my son had to cover up with a beach towel. Again, not expected at this price point.These are very inexpensive and for the price we paid, this should not have been an issue. Didn't like that we had to park across the busy road. Pool and beach area is great. Elevator wait was not an issue. Walking distance to the Hangout.

Great location and very nice ammenties.

I have stayed in the San Carlos for 7 years now, in different units. This unit was very nice, and the beds were comfortable and the living room comfortable. The 14th floor created a great view of the Gulf and the weather was perfect while we were there. It was very close to the elevator and accessible for my children to come and go on their own. I would recommend renting this unit but would advise to bring an extra items you may need. There were very few towels and wash clothes for a condo of 3 bedrooms/3 baths.

Really Nice Condo

We had 7 girls ranging from 12-80. The 3 bathrooms were awesome! The Condo is decorated with a beach decor and has all the amenities you could imagine except a hair dryer! It is convenient location and in walking distance from many activities and restaurants. It has an easy access to the beach and the keyless entry feature is awesome especially with 7 people going in and out of the condo. Young's Suncoast Rentals made the check in/out very easy and were very helpful when booking the room.
