Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. âą Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. âą The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Overall, the place is nice and convenient. There was an issue with a leak a few floors up, and the condo people came and put in 2 industrial fans and a drain tube to the kitchen sink. They were loud and made it humid and it was in the way. I let the mgmt company know via text twice, and never heard back until after we returned home. All of the equipment was still there when we checked out.
