Overall the condo and property were very nice. At first we could not figure out where to get into the individual condo. We were trying to use the access code on the storage unit door on the ground level, had no idea there was an exterior access door to enter into the building first. I would recommend including that in check-in instructions. We faced tv/internet issues the entire week we were there. The first night we could not access live tv. We reported it and a property management employee came the next day and set up the antenna for us, so we could get about 10 channels. Two days later the cable company showed up and was in the condo for over 2 hours and determined it was a wifi problem and located the router thrown in a drawer that wouldn't turn on. The next day the property manager came and contacted the internet company and was able to connect the router. We temporarily had internet for a couple hours and then the router stopped working again. I would also recommend making sure all utilities are in working order before each rental guest arrives. We found the condo to be very empty. Properties we have stayed in thru other rental companies have had items which previous guests have purchased and didn't fully use, left for other renters to use i.e. shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sunscreen, aloe, beach towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. We found that to be EXTREMELY helpful with previous rentals, but this condo had nothing! The Sea Oats private beach access was very nice.
