Inside, the unit features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker. The living area includes a sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress and a 55" TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and its own TV, while the built-in hallway bunks offer a fun sleeping space for children.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing, property as described, pool and hot tub were very nice, beach was beautiful with plenty of room! We went while several condo owners were there and everyone was super nice! It's conveniently located to several attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed The Shrimp Basket, Tacky Jacks, Docs Seafood, the local fresh Market, Waves and my husband and another Condo owner scooped pizza that was REALLY good (started w a C and next to the closest Shrimp Basket). I cook and loved that this condo was wonderfully stocked w all your cooking needs!

Perfect location!

A few things in the condo could use some updating, but we are NOT not picky people, and the location and beach access alone more than made up for any minor deficits. We had one issue with the washer/dryer, but it was addressed quickly with excellent customer service. Would absolutely stay here again.

The view from the condo was beautiful and just a few steps from the beach! However: The sofa is very old and extremely uncomfortable. If you are flying to the Gulf, don't choose this condo as you need to supply your own blankets, beach towels, and kitchen extras such as spices, etc that you find in other properties. The property could use an update with rusty appliances, paint pulling from cabinets, and rusty cabinet pulls.

Smell when walking in unit horrible...Couch was uncomfortable to sit on....appliances junk (fridge did not seal) floor pieces missing... opening silverware drawer opened fridge... washer stained our clothing... bathroom sink extremely slow to drain disgusting to brush teeth... cleaner knocked on our door day of check out before 9am... code was changed before 10 o'clock check out time!!! The floors were nasty throughout the condo, so bad it turned my kids white socks almost black. The door locked at 8AM on Friday with a 10AM checkout, I was loading up and thank goodness one of us was in the room. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Not enough hooks to hang things up to keep it off the filthy floor. Appliances and cabinets were extremly out dated. We have stayed 2 times before at Seacrest and this unit does not meet the quality we expected from this condo unit.

Beautiful unit on 9th floor. Balcony view was great. Main problem was there was absolutely no storage and 2 hangers. This was difficult for Mother and daughter staying 7 days. No storage in bathroom either. Had to use bunk beds to store clothes and shoes. Also hot in bedroom. No ceiling fan and had to use box fan. No overhead light in bedroom, only 2 dim lamps. Also stove and refrigerator were old and not updated. Very pretty and enjoyed the balcony and view the most.

On our first full day there, my Stanley cooler was stolen out of the room. We decided not to take it to the beach that morning and that was the day maintenance was coming into our room. The property manager was responsive but I’m 100% certain it was taken. We never got to take it out of the room. I guess you can’t trust people in the room with your stuff at all these days. It sucks because that backpack cooler was a gift from my son!

We arrived to maintenance still installing a new washer/dryer. When they left, they left a mess! One hour into my vacation I’m sweeping and mopping. Unknown to us, when they threw away the wrapper they threw away the envelope containing our parking pass. The emails don’t speak of this which surprises me. We nearly got towed. Our pool fobs worked intermittently causing repeated trips to the room. Security came at 10pm and kicked everyone out of the pool. This is the only condo I’ve ever stayed at where there’s been a pool that closed. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and view is amazing. Unfortunately the stay itself was just stressful throughout.
