Renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view!

Escape to paradise with this stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront condo, located just steps from the sand. The condo is on the 6th floor, sleeps up to 6 people, and is perfect for couples or families with young children.

Everything in the unit, including appliances and furniture, is brand NEW.
Kitchen - fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Bedroom - decorated with coastal-inspired tones, has a King-size bed, built-in closet, and a smart TV.
Hallway - adorable built-in bunk beds (perfect for the kids). A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area.

Livingroom – bright and airy living room, where panoramic ocean views are the star of the show.
Furnished with comfortable, coastal-inspired décor, including a queen leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a rocking recliner, a smart TV. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the kitchen and dining area, making it an ideal space for entertaining or spending time with family.
Step out onto the private balcony directly from the living area, and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze or watch the sunset over the horizon.

We provide table and board games (checkers, dominoes, monopoly, Jenga, junior scrabble, etc), DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. The unit has 2 HD TV’s, a blu-ray/DVD player. Mediacom cable and free Wi-Fi are provided by our owner association.

The rental also comes equipped with one crib (pack 'n play) and kids sand toys for your convenience.

The condo’s amenities include:
- Gulf side Pool (with poolside restrooms)
- Hot Tub
- Boardwalk w/shower to the beach
- Gulf side grills, and a bicycle parking rack.

The Seacrest building is located on the stunning West Beach in Gulf Shores, has 2 elevators, luggage carts and a covered entrance with automatic doors to make it easy for you to unload as you come in.

Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are know for their 32 miles of sugar-white sand beaches, turquoise waters, Southern hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere.
Nearby local attractions: Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park, OWA Amusement Park, historic Fort Morgan, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Waterville USA Waterpark, Tanger Outlet Mall and others.

The condo was decorated so cute! It smelled clean like laundry. We loved all the beach toys and chairs we got to use! It is a small condo but perfect for our family of 3 and it’s right on the beach!! The lobby was clean and the elevators were fast!

This was an amazing location. The beach was super accessible as was the pool, and you are a short car ride to a lot of good restaurants and activities. The view is gorgeous, you have everything you need in the kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. Having dishwashing and laundry detergent available was also incredibly helpful. Would stay here again easily!

Enjoyed our stay here! The view was terrific! Nicely decorated, clean, located by elevators but still quiet, easy parking. Great access to beach. Pool not heated but there is a hot tub. Bedroom was quite small and did not have much room around the bed.

The property was Amazing! It was the perfect location! We only had 2 small issues. There were small bugs on the counter around and on the stove and the pool key fob didn’t work. That wouldn’t have mattered that much, but the restrooms for the beach are in the pool area, so we had to go up to the 6th floor everytime we had to use the restroom. Other than that it was so great!

We loved our stay over Mother's Day weekend. First of all, what a great location! Things that we appreciated were: the overall cleanliness, water pressure, fast elevators, easy beach access, incredible balcony and view, ample parking, comfortable king size bed, and cute decor. Only negative was we struggled with tv's and how to find channels and with which remote. It may be because we are just old. Ha! But better instructions would be beneficial. The owner was responsive and friendly. We will be back!

Great place for a beach getaway

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean space right on the beach, this is the place! We had a minor issue but Marina, was extremely communicative and the issue was resolved. Great place on the beach, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.
