Hell NO!!
The condo was clean as expected. We ran into an issue when there was only one elevator working with hundreds of people waiting hours to go up and down to their room. Many were taking the stairwells.
We was on the 18th floor.
My husband, kids and I attempted the steps, made it to the 6th stairwell and I ended up having an epileptic seizure.
I had to leave the stairwell and wait on the 6th floor for an elevator to get me to the 18th. We tried contacting someone. They informed us there is no one on property fix the condition. I would have to get in touch with the HOA if the condo, yet they did not have that information for me. We also had issues with our dryer I reported and it wasn’t resolved. So there is no one on property to manage situations. After the seizure and elevator incident (our first day) I asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and was hatefully told there would be no refund issued. We have already occupied the space and unfortunately we would be out the money.
We spent the rest of our stay with one elevator working. People waiting in a hot area waiting to get to their rooms while the elevator stopping at each floor. Then coming to ground being full of being going back up.
It was very frustrating and we will not stay at this place again. I don’t recommend due to unresolved issues, lack of empathy, and the demeanor of the people answering the phones. The only thing nice was the inside of the condo where we stayed.
