Summerhouse West B104 - Simply The Best Of Both Worlds!!

Our cozy one bedroom one and half bath condo truly offers the best of both worlds. Summerhouse West is located on the beach of Little Lagoon and just steps from the beach of the Gulf of Mexico via our private beach access located just across the street. Covered parking is available for one vehicle only underneath the condo. Up just one flight of stairs from your vehicle you will find yourself on our balcony that offers indirect views of both Little Lagoon and beach. Inside our condo the kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and all the essential equipment for cooking in. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 while the living area provides a queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a wall mounted flat screen with DirectTV service. In the Master Suite you will enjoy a great nights sleep on a king sized memory foam mattress. The Master also has 2 large closets, plenty of draw space, flat screen with DirectTV. The master bath is spacious with a tub shower combo, vanity, mirror and lots of cabinet/draw space. For convenience the half bath and washer/dryer combo are located in the hall. Wi-Fi is available in the condo and at the pool free of charge. Outside take a short walk to the beach using our private beach access pier located just across the street or relax in the pool just steps away from the unit. In the evening cook out at the Gazebo on one of two newly installed grills while enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. There is a 25 year minimum age requirement to be eligible to rent at the Summer House Condo Complex and B-104 is a smoke free rental. Due to association rules guest are not permitted to bring pets on to the Summerhouse property, we appreciate your understanding.

Perfect location & great host!

This condo had the perfect balcony view of both ocean and lagoon. It was also steps away from the pool. Jolie was a pleasant and responsive host. It also has updated countertops that are not reflected in the photos ♥️.

Serenity on West Beach at Summer House West

Really enjoyed my 2nd year stay at Summer House West. A few small difficulties were quickly remedied by Jolie or Craig. A few additions to the kitchen were appreciated. Looking forward to my stay there next winter.

Great Little Condo

Location is a few miles west of the main beach area so it wasn't as crowded, which is exactly what we we were looking for. Disappointed we didn't have access to the owners beach chairs and umbrella due to unforeseen circumstances, but it wasn't their fault. And honestly, we didn't know that was even an option before we booked. Overall an enjoyable stay in the location we were looking.

Beach vacation

This makes our 5th time to stay at Jolie’s condo. We love Summerhouse West. The lagoon is perfect for the kids to fish and the pool is refreshing. The short walk to the beach has never been a issue for us. The deeded beach access is wonderful. The condo is perfect for us. The bed in the master is so comfy. The kitchen is stocked with most pots/pans. There is a blender and mixer to use as well. We will continue to stay in this condo until our family “outgrows” it!!

Owner was great at answering my questions quickly! Access to beach is 50 yards east (left) of the property. The 1.5 baths was helpful even though there were only 2 of us. Kitchen had 10 cup coffee maker with filters in the cabinet along with a K cup machine. Also had a toaster, electric hand mixer, slow cooker, microwave, along with the standard dishes, mixing bowls, baking dishes and sheets, etc. Bring a couple extra dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent if you plan to stay longer than 5 nights. WiFi worked great!

There was not a great view of the lagoon or Gulf from the balcony and that was the reason I rented this condo for!!! Smaller than I thought it would be and the constant stomping and running above us was so loud all the time not to mention the next door ppl that came in were cursing and fighting with each other beating on the walls and doors of their condo. Overall I think we will try somewhere else if we come back next year or later this year. They need to put a bigger tv in living room on wall by the door instead of where it is. You can’t even hardly hear the tv when the ac comes on because it’s directly under the vent. I will say my son and wife said that’s the cleanest pool and crystal clear water they have ever seen in a pool. Hope this review helps someone because the reviews that lead me to get this one were wrong unless they were talking about a different condo besides the one I was in. Oh yeah lots of electrical outlets in this Condo do not work!!!! Not the greatest experience for my first time using Vrbo to book a stay!!!
