The main level consists of a spacious family room, half-bath, and a high-end kitchen. Kiva's private beach is an easy walk or a free shuttle ride through this unique gated community. Enjoy inside dining overlooking the golf course at the Kiva Grill or delicious specials at the Kiva Beach Club, which offers beach service. Sunni Daze is a short walk to Osprey Circle Pool and tennis court.
