Upon entering you will notice that it's all recently remodeled. We love the open feeling with large windows letting the sun to shine right in. Enjoy the feeling of your own quiet, private beach cottage without the congestion from all of the high rise buildings. Private beach acess is provided directly across the street. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms each has a newer queen bed (Sleeps 5 but 4 is more comfortable), a sleeper sectional sofa with a memory foam mattress, SMART flat panel TV's capable of streaming NETFLIX as well as other types of media. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is equipped with new oven and new dishwasher. New walk-in bath, new flooring, and even an air purification system that helps control mold, virus' and other indoor air pollutants! Parking for 2 cars directly underneath, no long walks to the the elevator. Come enjoy this nice, quite and cozy beach style cottage you won't want to go home. Come visit paradise and stay awhile. My family and I enjoyed the Beach Cottage! It was comfortable and cozy. Great location with walking distance to the beach! It was quiet for the most part except for when people were in the pool behind us late at night/early morning! Overall tho it was great!!!

Fantastic family spot

This was an amazing week all around. The newly renovated property was perfect for a family of four. The home is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week long stay. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach, very close to town and a grocery and restaurant within walking distance. The owners were also amazing - quick to respond to questions, the onboarding was very simple and they even had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We will be back!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was clean and updated. I didn’t see any bugs. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for 2-4 guests.

The beach is literally across the street, the beds were comfortable, the TV had all the channels, and a BBQ on site. What more could you ask for? Additionally, I should mention that the owner was super nice. Communicated almost immediately.

Memorial Day weekend 2020

Loved the location and privacy especially during the viral epidemic. Cottage is clean, well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. $500 damage deposit plus requirement of extra damage insurance seems excessive, but encouraged our family to be EXTRA careful! Overall GREAT
