Pros: Property as described CleanRoom for two carsBeach not super crowdedMinimal check-out list Cons:Walls are PAPER thin. The gentleman in the unit next to us snored incredibly loud all night long and we heard every breath.This property is managed by a third party which means you are communicating with the owners directly, so they don't always have the answer to your specific questions. Example, I messaged via VRBO asking if the kitchen contained specific items and what time of coffee filters do I need to bring. The response was "it is standard coffee maker" which was not helpful because some standard coffee makers use funnel filters some use the flat filters. They told me yes the kitchen contained some of the items but not others...when the opposite was true. Lastly, they did not send any communication via the VRBO messaging system. They only communicated via email and it came from an automated email system with an address and subject line that looked like spam...in fact my server actually flagged it as spam the first time so I didn't get the communication until after a deadline had passed.
