Welcome to Seacrest, your ideal retreat offering the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation! Relax poolside in the resort's gazebo or savor a mouthwatering dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills. The property's convenient location places you just a short drive away from the nearby OWA amusement park, as well as mini- and big-boy golf courses. Return to your condo to unwind in the pool or hot tub, or simply take in the breathtaking views from your private balcony. The complex also provides easy beach access via a boardwalk, and there's an outside shower to rinse off the sand.

This beautiful condo is the perfect haven for the entire family. With an overlooking balcony featuring views of the pool area, beach, and miles of the Gulf Coast, you'll be treated to the splendid surroundings. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private bathroom, along with a smart TV. The guest bedroom also offers a cozy Queen-size bed, complete with a smart TV. Extra guests can use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic meals. Dine in the living area or on the balcony to savor the views and refreshing ocean breezes. This condo is sure to make you want to return year after year.
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made before October 1st. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through direct contact with our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Rental eligibility requires guests to be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and make Seacrest your ideal destination for a wonderful vacation."

Condo was easily big enough for the three of us. Right on the beach with a great ocean view. Very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. The bedroom balcony was an added bonus with a bay and town view.

Renters special. Nothing felt clean or looked as nice as the photos. From the pool you cannot see the beach. The beds were comfy and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Decent place, easy access to everything.

Decent place to stay. It did its job for the 5 of us. Could use more stuff in the kitchen, and be a little cleaner. When leaving and checking things over we found pieces of bread and Kleenex behind an end table that wasn’t ours. Also, could use chairs for the patio off the master bedroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Great view. Easy to get to. Not that crowded. Easy access to the beach. Would stay again.

Nice Clean Unit

We were on the end which put us next to the trash chute that happened to be broke down. Luckily there wasn’t a smell but we haven’t gotten into hot weather yet. Some things can’t be helped. The unit was very clean which a lot we stay in do not bother to clean lamp shades or ceiling fans. The unit was perfect for my husband and I but for a family with children I would think it would be rather cramped.

Great beach location!

Great location , beach was beautiful, could use updating. Kitchen did not have any storage containers with lids, bed linens were very thin. Over all it was a nice place to relax after a day in the sun.

Great location on the beach

This was a great little beach condo. On the 7th floor, you had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean, maybe in need of some updating but nothing that would impact your stay. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the lack of nicities. Most vrbos I've stayed in have done a little more to make the experience feel more homey. This was very sterile No soap or shampoo, no k-cups, no beach towels, no extra trash bags, extra toilet paper or paper towels. They didnt even provide soap for the dishwasher. So be prepared to either pack all those things or stock up at the grocery. The condo is nice, but the management company seemed to pinch every penny they could. That said, I would stay here again, but I would pack a lot more stuff i.

Great location - you never want to leave

Cute decor and comfortable beds. A quick walk to the beach to catch the waves and a short drive to shopping and attractions. It was clean, cozy and easy to access! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice and right on the beach and everything was as it was listed

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was very nice. One tub was backed up but we made do with one shower. The parking is very small and had to pay extra for a 2nd parking pass and park across the road and the pool was not great needs more attention. As far as the room we were very satisfied.
