The well equipped kitchen has black and stainless appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinets, and all the cooking tools you need to prepare food, including a coffee maker, blender, and microwave. A jelly cabinet provides additional space for groceries. Two bar chairs sit at the breakfast bar and a family of four can sit at the counter high table with four padded chairs and a view of the balcony and gulf. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
