Tropical décor decorates this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that sleeps four and is located on the 6th floor of the Island Winds East.

·         Living area has a sofa Queen sleeper with cozy sleeper mattress, flatscreen television, and stereo system.

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

·         Table in dining area has seating for four and the kitchen bar seats two.

·         King-size bed, television, DVD and VCR player in the master bedroom, which does not have a privacy door.

·         Shower and tub combination and granite countertop in master bathroom.

·         Stacked washer and dryer in the hallway closet.

·         Gorgeous Gulf-front view from the balcony with a table seating three.

Island Winds East Units: Onsite parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of size during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival event. Additional parking available offsite. Subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Beach Weekend

We spent 2 night at this location in Gulf Shores. The location was great and right down the street from our favorite seafood spots (Mikee's and Sea N Suds). The condo was clean when we arrived and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Great place for a small family trip right on the beach.

Gulf Shores vacation paradise--almost

Very good location, great balcony view of beach and handy to the beach since it is on beach side of the hwy. Bathroom a little small in one bedroom condo and a ceiling fan in bedroom would be nice. Within walking distance of Hangout. Nice beach but fairly crowded most days although there is plenty of beach space. Gulf Shores is a favorite beach vacation spot of ours.

My wife and i have stayed up and down the island for many years. This place is probably where we are going to try and stay each year. Walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean and check-in was easy. One thing I did not know was we had to go to the office for a parking pass. Registering online wasnt enough. We know next time!

Heart of Gulf Shores

Great location right on the beach. Sand volleyball courts, city park. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo has a well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are great to have. Balcony is an awesome place to hang out. Pool was not open but they were fixing it and should be ready soon. We would definitely go back.

Short Getaway!

Loved Gulf Shores, AL for our short getaway. Great food, great shopping, and plenty to do. Condo was great and as advertised. Building maintenance could step up a little. One elevator was out of service and long term residents said it had been that way for months. All in all though had a great time and this condo was in a great location too!!

Our 3 day getaway was very nice. We did have a hot water tank issue which was taken care of immediately and Brett Robinson reimbersed our 1st nights stay for the trouble. We understand these types of issues can happen at anytime, and their quick response and offer to reemburse was exactly why we will not think twice of using them again.

Great views of the beach, 1 bedroom is perfect for a couple. There is very limited privacy on the balconies. Your next door neighbors can clearly see into your condo when they are standing on their balcony. Make sure you are dressed! Other than that the property was perfect for what we needed. great location, great beach access. Might want to think about the balcony privacy issue. Thanks

It was good with a great balcony view!

This place was ok. It was small, very small. It would be perfect for two. There is no door to the bedroom, so no privacy. No bathrooms coming in from the beach. It's a place to lay your head and wash your clothes. It definitely serves its purpose. Great balcony view!
