The apartment 3 for 2 persons is very cozy and perfect for a stress-free and relaxing vacation in the Franconian Lake District. It has approx. 60 m² with sloping ceilings down to the floor and is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a living room with sofa bed (W 120 x L 198 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed: 160x200), bathroom, high-speed WLAN, a TV and a fan.

This apartment has its own covered balcony, which faces south.

The Altmühlsee is only 4 minutes away by bike.

We are located in a cul-de-sac, so it offers the necessary peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing vacation.



Supermarkets etc. are only 800 m away from us.

All our apartments are non-smoking! We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments under any circumstances and to strictly adhere to this!

Pets and events are generally not allowed. If this is desired, please contact the hosts in advance. A written confirmation is necessary.

Free parking is available on the street.

The accommodation offers seasonal free vegetables from its own garden, which are guaranteed organic.
