This is a great and unique place to get away. If you’re looking to disconnect from the busy-ness of life, this is the place! The house was clean and well-equipped, and it offered a great experience off the beaten path. We definitely recommend! The owners were great through the entire process and made sure we felt like welcomed guests. Couldn’t ask for better! They’ve done a great job making the house accessible via a series of lighted steps and landings from the driveway to the house and from the house to the lake. They’re well done and sturdy. The diner and bait shop down the road was a cool experience as well. The burgers were great, and the folks were super friendly.

Awesome escape! Be aware there is no TV. For some that may be fine others not so much. And if you're sensitive to synthetic bedding, being your own cotton. As of this writing all bedding was 100% polyester.Otherwise it's a beautiful place to get away for a few days or a week. The lake is lovely, clean and quiet. Perfect for an AM/PM kayak exploration and perfect for swimming. The indoor hot tub was perfect for evening unwinding. Any utensils etc. you might want were also provided.Recommended with a couple caveats.
