Blankets were torn, desk and chair were filthy. I stayed in room 272 which was directly across from a “condemned” sign quite unsettling. But they were doing construction or some noisy activities with hollering throughout the entire night on the floor above. The ladies at the front counter were respectful and about the only saving grace for this hotel. Pay the extra 5 bucks and stay elsewhere especially with kids.

The rooms are always in amazing condition I love this hotel it’s the only one I’d ever recommend to anyone if u want to be treated like a person then u want this hotel the staff is always there and very friendly it’s very safe to stay here un like the other hotels or motels in Hagerstown Md area if I could give them 10 stars I would because this place and the staff deserve 10 plus stars

I enjoy staying here due to the rooms r nice and clean the hotel has came a long way due to the general management she has turned this place around and it’s the best hotel I have been at all the staff are nice and very knowledgeable and friendly
