The newly renovated property is spacious, with an area of 110 m², and fully equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. The open space is filled with natural light, featuring high ceilings, large windows, and elegant wooden flooring.

Located on Nui Ngoc Street, in one of the most central areas of Cat Ba, the property is just a 3-minute walk from Cat Ba Square and a 5-minute walk from the Sun Group beach, one of Cat Ba’s most popular attractions.

* The building has 3 floors and no elevator. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the different floors.

From Hanoi: You can take a limousine or coach directly to Cat Ba Town, which takes approximately 3.5–4 hours. The drop-off point is just a few minutes’ walk from the property or a short electric taxi ride.
From the central welcome gate, the property is approximately 250 meters away.
From the ferry terminal or Cat Ba Cable Car Station: An electric taxi or regular taxi takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the town center.
