Our fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!

The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: door opening directly to pool area, king size beds, Smart HD TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday. (please note/ pool & spa heating is an optional extra)

There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The Den contains a 42" TV and with large selection of DVDs, board games and books and a PlayStation 2 with games.

Computer station is also situated in the Den: with desk top computer, printer and screen. Ideal for keeping in touch with work whilst on vacation if needed

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms.

There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary stroller, high chair and cot is provided.
