Never Saw the Property

I would very much like to give a review for this property which I booked for a wedding in the area, but I never got the chance to see the property. The property is in a gated community, and the property manager never sent the check in instructions. I attempted to communicate multiple times, and got no response. I got hotels.com customer service involved, and they had no luck either. Ultimately they agreed to cancel my reservation after I wasted two hours of my time dealing with the issue. This property manager has multiple lawsuits against it, and I can see why. Maybe you will have better luck actually seeing the property if you decide to go ahead and book it. It looks nice from the photos and description. I just wish that the property manager had not dropped the ball.

Horrific experience

It was double booked after attempting to reach out several days before and day of talked to someone still double booked after driving 6+ hours with small children we were in a parking lot trying to find somewhere for us to stay. It was the middle of the night and the help was almost non existent. Truly one of the worst experiences
