We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, private onsen, delicious food, friendly staff, in-room massage, and overall ambience. The bad thing was the private dining was as private as we had hoped. There was a demising wall between couples but the European couple from France lacked awareness and their voices could be heard throughout all of the private dining areas.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The service was top notch. Food was amazing and the in room onsen was amazing as well. Very private and quiet area. Walkable distance to the train station with lots of convenient stores around the area.

Beautiful room, spacious, has an amazing onsen bath for yourself. The breakfast and dinner sets were amazing as well. Staff are helpful and friendly. The area to get here can be a bit tricky so make sure to use the shuttle from the station to get here, walking back isn't as bad as you're going downhill. Overall, my wife and I loved it and hope to be back soon.

Everyone is so nice here. The place is beautiful and I highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. The dinner was AMAZING! Also, one thing I really love is the private onsen is a good size in your room. It allows for you and your significant other to relax together. The room was spotless, the linen was comfy and smelled fresh. The stuff was super polite. We enjoyed the in-suite onsen very much, also impressed by the artistically presented delicious half board meal and the breakfast.

Amazing from the moment you check in to when you check-out. Room with onsen was spectacular. We selected the Japanese dinner and breakfast options which were different foods we were use to but so delicious. The facility is beautiful and so clean. Staff is the best we experienced in our visit in Japan. Staff even walked us to the bus stop.Highly recommend.
